Frankfurt Am-Main, Germany

The Römerberg –  (“Roman Mountain”) is the historic heart of Frankfurt and home to its City Hall, which dates back to 1405. Flanked by half-timbered houses, this historic square used to be the place for Frankfurt’s first trade fairs in the 13th century

    Rano;
    Did you live in Frankfurt or were you just visiting? I lived in Hamburg for about a year and I visited Frankfurt many times. Honestly, I could say that I do not miss Germany, specially the weather. I wish you had a picture of the Frankfurt airport. That place is huge.

      Hi Vaheh!
      No, I went there as a tourist for 6 days only. The weather was awesome when I was there, because I went in the middle of summer. Especially after Dubai (where you can’t breathe in summer unless you are in the building with A/C). The only things I didn’t like about Germany were that 1) no one spoke English except hotel workers; and 2) people were kind of “cold”
      About airport, yes it is huge. :)I have some pictures of airport too. I’ll post them later. 😉

    Germany is one of the places that I would like to visit someday. It seems that the country has a nice landscape and nice architecture too. I also would like to visit some historic places.

    I bet they have an impressive transportation system as well as impressive highways. Nice pictures of the museum, church, and homes.
